User has to press the arrow key twice to navigate through the options with check
boxes in the select component Dialog during the Custom Install.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. During install, select custom.
2. Tab to choose additional components.
3. Use arrow keys to navigate through the options available.

Actual Results:  
User has to press the arrow key twice to navigate through the options.

Expected Results:  
One should only have to press the arrow key once.
