The "open new window" attribute for links seems to carry over improperly to
links that do have have that attribute.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on link with target="_blank" attribute --> opens in new Firefox
2. close the new Firefox browser window
3. return to the original Firefox
4. click on link WITHOUT target="_blank" attribute
5. opens (improperly) in new browser instance
Actual Results:
A new instance of Firefox was improperly launched.

Expected Results:
Should have replaced the original page with the contents of the link.
