Copernic is a resident search engine that keeps results on my PC. When I click
on a URL Copernic found, 2 windows open, my default Firefox and IE (on top.) I
have reset the default several times and written to Copernic, which says the
problem is with Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use Copernic search engine for anything
2. Click on any URL found
3.

Actual Results:
Two windows opened, with IE on top of Firefox.

Expected Results:
Opened only a window to my default browser (Firefox.)
Could you explain why you think this is a bug in firefox and not copernic?

Im (apostrophe bug still kicks open search bar, making apostrophe in Im not
work) pretty sure that there is a preference in Copernic which lets you tell it
to use systems (apostrophe again) default browser.

Try unchecking that, then set IE as default system browser. Then set Firefox
back as default browser and then recheck that option. Let us know if that works
for you.

P.S. That apostrophe bug is Bugzilla bug 258285
