Details

The talkback extension should have an empty chrome.manifest in it, so that at
first launch we do not try to create one. This creation will fail when the app
is installed on a readonly mountpoint (CDROM or unprivileged user).

Chase, I'll be happy to take this one if I can get access to the tinderbox
client CVS repo.
