when sending mail offline the mail should automatically be handled as "send 
later". i would rather suggest to move it to the "send" folder (marked as 
unsend) then to the "local folder".

Maybe, but reporter didn't respond.  Comment 0 is hard to understand -- he 
seems to be requesting two separate things: "should automatically be handled as 'send later'" (which it *is*), and "move it to the 'send' folder [rather than] the 'local folder'" (which, if I understand it correctly, isn't going to happen -- but once the Unsent mail is sent, those messages *will* end up in the Sent folder).
