The TD cell height is drawn incorrectly.

This only happens with the linux version of Firefox (that I know of).

The Windows XP version draws it fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
The background image of the td cell is partialy duplicated on the bottom of the
cell.

Expected Results:  
The cell should only be 20px in height.
Doesn't look like problems here.
