I could make a list of all the sections of this website (including BugZilla)
that need updated to reflect the old news that the SeaMonkey Project is now
continuing the development of the Mozilla Application Suite, but it is so
extensive that it'll be easy to find! If a checklist (& dependent bugs) is
needed then that's fine, also.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1) It's no Mozilla Foundation product, it's just an independent mozilla.org
project, so it deosn't have to be noted everywhere.
2) It's a relatively new project, that doesn't even have any release yet, so
even less to show it for
3) That bug report does not mention any specifics, and only specifics can be
dealt with.

So, in general: Yes, there are a few places that need to change. Some can be
done now, some need time. Note that some places only mention Mozilla Foundation
products and might never mention SeaMonkey for that. Additionally, for some
places, it only makes sense to mention projects that have a release (see e.g.
Mozilla L10n Project), which we haven't yet.
I think this bug has to be closed, and specific bugs filed about specifc
problems. Bugzilla is already dealt with in bug 298904, BTW.
OK, I guess I'll take the time to file more specific bugs instead. The main
problem area that I meant was where the Mozilla Suite was still referred to by
its code name Seamonkey and so would cause confusion. The were other areas that
I wasn't sure where the separation was. Oh, well.

Any reasonable second opinions, and I might reopen it....

Closing bug down.
