302165 - Uninstall and Options buttons and several other context menu items are not disabled when no extension is selected

When no extension is selected, all options should be disabled except "Find
Updates", because that's the only option which can be performed on all
extensions at once.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the EM and make it large enough so there's empty space below the last
extension.
2. Click in that empty space so the selection on the first extension is cleared.

Actual result:
The EM offers Uninstall, Options, Visit Home Page, About, Disable, Move, Show
Item Contents.

Expected result:
These options should be disabled. Only "Find Updates" can be performed on all
extensions at once.

This is a regression from 1.0.
