Would very much like an option to auto-save an e-mail note in the Composer every X mins.

The most common arguement I hear from people not wanting to run Moz is that when
it crashes on their MS desktops, they loose the mail message they were writing
at the time. I will estimate I have personally lost 50 hrs of my life this way
over the past few years (I administer 400+ desktops - yes, I know what I am
doing). I just completely lost 2hrs on the e-mail note I was writting when Moz
blipped out again (2nd time today, but only the 4th time this month). With MS
you just never know what the problem might be. Some new security patch, some
combination of applications, ... Hey, I'm an optimistic guy. I sincerely
believe MS will release their first production quality OS during my lifetime.
Until then, to keep my job, I have to run their best effort.

So, will you please add an option to auto save the current e-mail note in
Compose to Drafts or whereever. It would be a straight forward module and with
all the potential reasons present to loose mail notes in progress, a life saver.

Yes, I try to use "Save as Draft" frequently, but when focused on writing a
note, I still loose hours on a single note.

Thank you.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. While working on an e-mail note - Moz blips out.
2. While working on an e-mail note - the MS OS crashes taking down Moz.
3. While working on an e-mail note - the power may go down.

Actual Results:
I get irrate.

Expected Results:
Auto saved the note I was working on so when I finally got the $@&#Q MS OS back
up, I could simply continue the note pretty much where I left off.

I am not pointing at the Moz crash as the problem. Sometimes it runs perfectly
for weeks and months with no problem, then for a couple weeks it crashes a
couple times per day. The only pattern I can detect has to do with the MS
upgrades and security patches. I virtually always have to re-install Moz after
updating my MS OS. Definitely do not have the Auto-Updates enabled.
This feature has been implemented, but has not yet been issued as part of a
milestone release. You'll need to use a nightly build or wait for Seamonkey 1.0
(or Thunderbird 1.5).
