User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6

I upgraded from 1.0.4, where I had a number of extensions installed (spoofstick,
adblock, reload-every, dictionary/translator), and the extensions still work,a
nd their menu add-ons appear in the right-click menu. Unfortunately, if I open
the extensions window from the tools menu, the window is blank - no extensions
are shown. I can go to "get more extensions" and select new extensions, which
seem to install, but never show up in the extensions window. This is annoying,
because I can't see what version of the extensions is installed, and
reload-every crashes the whole browser after a while.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just upgarde from 1.0.4 to 1.0.6 with some extensions installed.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
As per "Details" above.

Expected Results:
shown the extensions, and let me attempt upgrades.
OK, I switched back to 1.0.4, and it all worked fine.
Going back to 1.0.6 showed the same problems. Further poking around revealed
that changing the permissions for the firefox installation directory removes the
problem.

I just upgraded to 1.5 and I get the same problem. Although when I switch my profile back to default all the extensions I had from the previous version show up again. Any new extensions that I try to download also do not show up in the extension window. Its blank.
