Minimo has a lot of potential but for too many people like me it's completely
useless at work, where we have proxy servers.  Since Minimo doesn't seem to use
the default connection manager settings, at least the proxy portion, can proxy
support please be added?  Also it would be helpful if there was an option for
username/password for proxy connections.

THe first part -- an http proxy setting -- is now in a preferences.  This will
be part of the 009 release.  I would be happy if you could test this before 009.

No good.  Under options there doesn't appear to be any way to put in the proxy 
server address, nor any way to do user/pass authentication.  For giggles I 
tried a URL without entering anything, and of course it was a no-go.

No, that didn't come up.  Please see the screenshot above.  From your screen 
shot however I'm not sure it's going to work anyhow.  I need username/password 
authentication to get it to work for me here.

oh.  click next to that blue area at the top of the dialog.  I haven't added
pretty little icons or text to the "tabs".  The dialogs are still rough.

Also, the username/password should be prompted the first time you hit that
proxy...  I think this is the way it works in firefox too.

Bingo.  Works like a dream.  Will there be an option to 'save 
username/password'? (There might already be one, and I missed it).  But yes, it 
works and I'm cruising the web with it right now, from behind my proxied 
firewall :)
