Maybe that should be changed to cvs-admins@mozilla.org or somesuch?
You know what?  Looking at the source of that message, it's actually partition
specific.  The partition containing the start pages was listed as having endico
as the owner.  I just changed it to dbaron (which may or may not be the right
person, but he's more likely to be able to do something than endico is :)

vrfy dbaron is the owner and the message is the list of owners and peers.
