Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.google.com/. 2. Depress the mouse button in the textbox and hold for long enough for the context menu to appear. 3. Release the mouse button. Result: Autocomplete menu appears even though context menu is visible, and the context menu moves up and left as if to get out of the way. This only happens if Firefox remembers at least one Google search that you have done in the past. Related: Bug 296526, almost-opposite issue on Windows Bug 301758, get rid of click-and-hold context menus I see this bug with both of these builds: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050726 Firefox/1.0+ Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+ so this might not be a recent regression.

This WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032608 Firefox/3.0.8. Shawn tells me we've moved from Carbon to Cocoa on Firefox 3, so this probably isn't a problem anymore.
