When running a print preview, if the print orientation mode is changed from
"Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa, either by via the toolbar or "Page
Setup" dialogue, the page count gauge on the toolbar (Page X of Y) is not updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the linked URL
2. Choose File > Print Preview
3. Click between "Portrait" or "Landscape"
4. Click "Page Setup"
5. Change page orientation between "Portrait" and "Landscape".
6. Click "OK"
Actual Results:
Page count gauge (Page X of Y) on toolbar remains the same, despite actual page
count being different.

Expected Results:
Page count gauge (Page X of Y) on the toolbar should change to reflect the new
page count.

This works on any web site, not matter if it is a text document or a HTML document.
