Steps to reproduce:
1. Cmd+U.

Result: The View Source window appears with the title "Source of: Deer Park
Alpha 2" and then switches to "Source of: <page title>".  Sometimes it stays
with the initial title for many seconds.  The View Source window's title should
include the page title immediately, or if that's not possible, use something
sensible such as "Source" or "Source of: <URL>".
WFM on WinXP. I see "Source of: http://www.site.com/".
