Thank you for the resizable Customization window! However, when an item is taken
out to place onto a toolbar, or when an item is taken from a toolbar and placed
back into the Customization window, the Customization window resets to its
default size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Customization window.
2. Drag margins to resize the Customization window
3. Drag a toolbar item from the Customization window to a toolbar; or 
4. drag a toolbar item from a toolbar to the Customization window.

Actual Results:  
The Customization window resets to its default size

Expected Results:  
The Customization window should remain at the size and shape set by the user.
