Details 
With the landing of bug 296566 available updates are shown on the individual
items in the EM. Since the list for viewing themes has width and is not
resizeable the text and the button are cutoff when an update is available. A
scrollbar allows the viewing of the entire button but this isn't a good solution.

Though I don't like splitters I believe the patch (currently bit rotted) in bug
292617 is an acceptable interim solution until the EM ui rewrite.
