User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050726
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050726

While composing an email message the cursor may be in the body but after
switching to another window (anything besides the compose screen) the cursor may
jump back to the subject line. I've noticed that even while editing the body
there remains a blinking cursor in the subject line.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new email. Type in a to: address, a subject, and then move to the
message body and start typing. A blinking cursor remains in the subject line.
2. Switch to any other window (Mozilla or another program).
3. Switch back to the compose screen.

Actual Results:
Cursor jumps to the subject line.

Expected Results:
Cursor should be where I left off editing in the message body.
Looks like a duplicate of bug 301917/bug 301968.

Can you please get a branch build from
http://mozilla.isc.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/nightly/latest-1.7/ and
verify that this issue is fixed by the changes at bug 301917?

Seems to be fixed in the 20050727 build. I think it was related to the but with
cursor keys not working.
