Details

When installing an extension, the install button has to be pressed twice. 

I belive this may be cause by the checkin for Bug 239411.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on link to install extension
"Software Installation" dialog appairs, Count-down on install button begins.
Wait until count down ends, and button become re-enabled.
Click on button.

Actual Result:  Count down starts again.
Expected Result: Extension should install.
