If you have a subject header like this: --- To: hegetest@webmail.mime.dk Subject: [Fwd: [OFFTOPIC] Re: Where is store the address book in netscape messanger?] MIME-Version: 1.0 --- Then the title of thw mail window shows wrong. Please see the attaced image. This bug is related to: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23635

Are you saying that we shouldn't have the two box characters in the window caption? Or something else? Reassigning to rhp.

This is very similar to another bug having to do with incorrect subject display. Basically, we should probably strip any CRLF's from a subject when displaying them in the header. This would logically go in the code that Alec will write to convert header values from any encoding such as MIME-2, I18N, etc... Alec, you can assign this as a dup of that bug if you want and just update the comments on that issue. - rhp
