Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/2005072701

This build fail at start with a XML parser error. This is because there are no
locale/branding files packaged in sv-SE.jar. If I add locale/branding to the jar
file, and register it in sv-SE.manifest, the build runs OK. about:buildconfig
reports that it has been built with --enable-official-branding.

I don't know when this regressed, but the 2005072403 build was OK.

I also checked two other locales that Tinderbox reports "success" for, "fi" and
"hu", and the same problem can be seen there.

This look similar to bug 302153.
Same bug is in the Linux build. Thunderbird l10n builds are also broken.
OS: Windows XP → All
Todays Firefox and Thunderbird builds are OK again. So resolving as WORKSFORME.
