This problem has occured with Deer Park alpha2 when downloading a large DVD iso,
~4.5 GB, a smaller one did not cause the problem. There was plenty of
addtitional hard drive space so this was not an issue. I ultmately downloaded it
using Konquror on a Kbuntu machine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download the Debian DVD iso 1
2.After 20- minutes to 2 hours dependind, it gets to about 4.1 GB and I get the
error message

Actual Results:  
426 failure writing network stream and it suggested I did not have enough hard
drive space, but I had 12+ GB and 8+ when it stopped. 

Expected Results:  
finished the download

Is this an ftp download. If so this is a duplicate of bug 238853.

Jon, can you please give the url of the file you were downloading that caused this?

No response. My google search for "426 error" turned up all manner of references
to ftp downloads so duping accordingly.
