When i click a link for downloading a file after some time i press pause (lets
say that it paused at  %10) when i press refresh some minutes later i saw that
%50 of download completed.How is it possible to continue downloading when i
press pause.
Also i think name of refresh button must be resume. Because when you push pause
button you must press resume to continue not refresh...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click a download link
2.When download starts press pause button
3.After some time press refresh button and you can see that download is not paused.
