User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; fr-FR; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; fr-FR; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 (same bug as with older versions)

From http://wanadoo.fr/ -> (Communiquer)Pages perso, you come on the equivalent
URL=http://www.wanadoo.fr/bin/frame2.cgi?u=http%3A//pages.perso.wanadoo.fr/client/html/TDB/pwpAccueil.html
Then, if you click on the button "Accéder" (Débutant|Confirmé), nothing happens
while IE open the new page.
I have experimented this bug with Mozilla from v1.6, and now v1.7.x, and the
same with Firefox 1.0.6. I've found other URLs where the same problem happened,
(I don't remember them).
This bug seems to be near the number 279685 bug. But I cann't say if it is a
Mozilla's bug or a web page bug?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://wanadoo.fr/
2. Clic on "Pages perso" in menu 'Communiquer'
3. Clic on "Accéder" under 'Débutant' or 'Confirmé'
4. Wait ..... and call me when the page open!

Actual Results:
1. I'm still waiting for the new page ......
The navigator clear the main frame and then
the software seems looking for the right url.

Expected Results:
Show the web page !

I report this bug two times : one for Mozilla and one for Firefox

It's a major problem : you must use a navigator but Mozilla!

WFM
This works for me with a recent SeaMonkey trunk build on Mac OS 10.3.9.
WFM with Mozilla 1.7.11 on WinXP.
Summary: Firefox 1.06 nor Mozilla 1.7.x cann't open this url, but IE does. → Firefox 1.0.6 nor Mozilla 1.7.x cannot open this url, but IE does.
1. clear your cache
2. start Firefox via Windows Start Menu -> Firefox -> safe mode

see if it works than.

If it does, it is most likely one of your extensions.
It doesn't work!

That is, after clearing (Mozilla, Firefox and Firefox safe mode) caches:
>"Accéder" (Débutant)= no change (URL in status bar continually changing)
>"Accéder" (Confirmé)= a not identified user message ("Utilisateur non identifié").

Tested on two light installations (only hardware drivers) Windows 98se and
XP-sp2: these programs work!

But I noted two minor bugs:
-in Mozilla: Ctrl+clic on a link do not give the focus to the new tab/window (my
actual windows98 does).
--Firefox: Ctrl+clic on <GO> don't open a new tab/window (open the URL in the
last used).
Original reporter noted that this works in fresh installations, which leads me
to believe this is an extension or plugin error. The other issues raised should
be placed in new bug reports.
