An annoyance is accidentally selecting "Open in Tabs" if many pages are to be
opened. Would like a warning dialog to pop up if the number of pages to be
opened exceed a user specified setting. For my tastes, that number would be 3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Select "Open in Tabs" for a folder containing say, 10 bookmarks.

Actual Results:
Lots of waiting.
I disagree. We put "Open in Tabs" at the bottom of a list so users should know
all of the links in the list will be opened.

Suggesting WONTFIX.
no, we don't need to do this.
