press control f to open the "find" dialogue box in word
alt-tab to mozilla
alt-tab back to the dialogue box
press esc to close the box
it leaves a black outline on mozilla where the box once was.  this does not
happen with the other software I've looked at

I can confirm this bug on Windows XP with Microsoft Word XP. My resolution is
1152x864. I've attached a screenshot.

So Firefox is the only program affected?
Actually, I've just reproduced the bug with several other programs (Excel, Lotus
Notes, Sunbird). The black frame appears as well.
It's probably a Microsoft Word bug. It's the only Office application that allows
the Find box to appear independently from the main window.
Its not a Mozilla specific but then, if it happens with other apps as well
