Both the theme manager and extension manager have blank buttons next to the
extension/theme names.  There is no explanation of what the buttons do (not even
a tooltip).  If you click on the buttons, an error dialog pops up which reads:
"Deer Park could not install the file at none because: Download error"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open the extension or theme manager.

Actual Results:  
There were blank buttons with no explaination of their function.

Expected Results:  
The buttons should have text on them.
