302522 - switching folders in imap doesn't always work

choosing a different folder in the LHS pane doesn't refresh the message list in
the top RHS pane all the time. (about 20% of the time doesn't work)

worked fine with 1.7.8

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select inbox 
2.select sent


Actual Results:  
sent is highlighted / selected
message list pane is still inbox

no activity being done such as downloading messages etc...

if you select another folder and then back to the folder you want it tries again
and most of the time works

Expected Results:  
list sent messages

everthing else mailerver etc is constant just upgraded from mozilla 1.7.8

Please upgrade to the latest 1.7 builds (upcoming 1.7.11 release).
