Details

When receiving many junkmails, TB can easily spend several seconds determining
which mails are junk and which aren't. During this time, the entire TB UI locks
up. Receiving the mail seems to happen on a different thread, so why can't the
spamfilter do the same?

Expected result:
UI stays responsive so I can scroll, view another folder, open New Email window,
etc.
Arnoud, do you still see ths with a recent trunk version?
