If you go to http://www.isfullofcrap.net/bug.JPG you will a screen shot of the
extension window, it shows how you are unable to re-size it, this is because you
can only re-size it once after you have released the mouse button you can not
re-size it because the cursor re-size icon does not come appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up extension window
2. Re-size the extension window
3. Restart firefox and you still be unable to re-size it.

Actual Results:  
I unable to do so because I have been unable to fix it.

Expected Results:  
You should be able to continue to re-size the window again and again.
