Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050728 SeaMonkey/1.0a
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050728 SeaMonkey/1.0a
When I used Firefox, I could click the scroll wheel on my mouse and nudge the
mouse to scroll, but in Seamonkey Nightly's, I can't do that! My scroll wheel
works when I scroll with it the traditional way.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Seamonkey
2.Find a scrollable web page
3.Click your scroll wheel
4.Move mouse
Actual Results:
Nothing happened
Expected Results:
The cursor should have turned into a gismo that looks like a Compass, and if you
moved the mouse in a certain direction, it would have scrolled the page the
corrosponding direction.
Mouse: Logitech MX510 mouse

I think this Firfox feature is called "panning" or so, it's surely not a
SeaMonkey error, it might be an RFE (may even be filed already), but I'm not
even sure we'd want to have it.
For sure, it won't block any release.

That's because you have
Tools/Options.../Advanced/Browsing/Use autoscrolling
checkbox checked in Firefox where there is no equivalent in Mozilla Suite.
Mozilla Suite used to have an autoscroll extension
http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/autoscroll
and I don't know if it still works
