text wrapping problems when quoting certain text/plain message

I've got someone who sends me text/plain message with very long lines.

when I reply using HTML compose, we wrap the lines ok.

when I reply using plain text compose, we don't wrap. 

other mailers (like Mail.app) seem to handle these messages.

I'll attach a test case.

I'm using version 1.0+ (20050721) on Windows XP
