When I click a mailto link, a new compose window appears, but Mail & Newsgroups
window doesn't appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking mailto link on browser

Actual Results:  
Only a new compose window appears. Mail & Newsgroups window doesn't appear.

Expected Results:  
I want Mail & Newsgroups window to appear together.
When writing a mail I sometimes want to read other mails and after sending a
mail, I want to confirm my sent mail. I need Mail & Newsgroups window when I
write a mail.
It is inconvenient to open Mail & Newsgroups window manually.

I get the compose window too, but I believe this is intended behaviour?

Would like some thoughts on this...

Intended afaik - one can open the AB, 3pane and [SM]browser window types independently.  I don't see an old wontfix anywhere to dupe it to.
