thunderbird is not making folders for added acounts

Thunderbird doe not make a new folder for every account that is added.
The only folder is and stays local folders, even though 5 accounts have been added.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add an acount
2.no new folder show up for tha account
3.acount is only visible when i Click on "localfolders" > properties

Actual Results:  
No new folders

Expected Results:  
Made new folder looking like the localfolders folder with the blue icon, and
displaying the name of the next account

Program craches often
Did you uncheck "Global Inbox" option when account definition?

By the way, I had opened Bug 272340, but was WONTFIX'ed as I expected :-)
