When you move backwards or forwards through the history, the site icon is not always properly updated. The icon from the page you are leaving may displayed instead, or the icon may not be replaced at all. Here are some sites with icons: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ http://www.google.com/ http://www.apple.com/ This works equally well with iconless sites that get the default globe. Visit them, go back and forth, and note the inappropriate behavior of the site icon.
