Page hit counter not incrementing on Ebay auction page. Hit counter stuck at 67
while actual hits under IE read over 100.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check hit counter with Firefox
2.Check hit counter with IE
3.

Actual Results:  
As noted above, hit counter stuck with Firefox.

Expected Results:  
Hit counter should match what IE reports.

Looks like correct hits are displayed after page refresh. Page refresh not
needed when revisiting site with IE, shows updated count.
