When visiting URL http://www.gcitrading.com/gci_cfd_charts.htm no JAVA
application will be started. When using Internet Explorer (IE) you can see that
a JAVA apllication will be started and ready for use. You can use IE as
reference how it should work.
Unfortunately, this is not the case by using the FireFox (FF) browser. When
visiting the URL with FF browser the site will correctly open, BUT nothing else
happens afterwards.
IMPORTANT:
The URL only works on regular working days Monday till Friday (7.00 - 0.00u).

Reproducible: Always
Version: unspecified → 1.0 Branch
I am using JRE version 1.5.0 (build 1.5.0_04-b05)
maybe one of these
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A//www.gcitrading.com/gci_cfd_charts.htm
(page is made using Frontpage)

This is true, BUT is is not the cause of failing to start the JAVA application.
The site will be loaded PERFECTLY with the ONLY exception of STARTING the JAVA
application (it is not an applet, but an application, maybe FF doesn't support
java apps???)
So thanks for your comments, but unfortunately it has NOTHING to do with the BUG....
Again
The URL only works on regular working days Monday till Friday (7.00 - 0.00u).
So testing and solving the bug, can only take place on working days.
Solved on version:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; nl; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008101315 Ubuntu/8.10 (intrepid) Firefox/3.0.3
