I'm not really sure what regressed this, but around 07/29 12:03:00, l10n
tinderboxens stopped working.
This has probably something to do with repackaging l10n, I bet Chase enabled
that after bsmedberg checked in

2005-07-29 09:38	bsmedberg%covad.net 	mozilla/ mail/ locales/ Makefile.in
1.25 4/0 l10n-repackaging change: now we don't need to build the entire tree
before doing l10n repackaging
2005-07-29 09:38	bsmedberg%covad.net 	mozilla/ browser/ locales/ Makefile.in
1.25 	4/0

A sample build log is
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Mozilla-l10n-pl/1122689760.29872.gz&fulltext=1,
the essential line would be

make -C
c:/builds/tinderbox/Fx-Trunk-l10n-test/WINNT_5.1_Clobber/mozilla//locales
installers-pl
ZIP_IN=/cygdrive/c/builds/tinderbox/Fx-Trunk-l10n-test/WINNT_5.1_Clobber/firefox.zip
WIN32_INSTALLER_IN=/cygdrive/c/builds/tinderbox/Fx-Trunk-l10n-test/WINNT_5.1_Clobber/firefox-installer.exe

Note, it doesn't have the application in there, // should be /browser/.
See bug 300409.
Not sure what happened to cause this to regress but a setting in chroma's
Fx-Trunk-l10n config went away. I restored the setting (LocaleProduct) a couple
of hours ago. It looks like builds of each locale have gone from red to orange.

More context: I landed the first round of trunk Tinderbox l10n changes in bug
286108 comment 82 on 6/11 and -- Axel's right -- the builds were green 7/29 6am
then red next cycle at 4pm.

Since coop is working on this in bug 300409, setting it as this bug's dependency.
