All negative event checkboxes from the user email preferences page are missing.
This happens with IE and Opera but not with Firefox. Just view

Note, file for this patch is in  template/en/default/account/prefs/ directory.

Looks good and fixes this nasty bug. Applies also on 2.20 branch.

This is definedly confirmed now that we have a fix for it. Affects also 2.20 as
this was regressed in bug 73665.
