When having more than >2 tabs open at once, when closing the last tab firefox
will go to the next tab to the left rather than the last viewed tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 3 or 4  tabs
2. From the first tab, switch to the last tab
3. Now close that tab, it will take you to the 2nd tab rather than the last
viewed tab.

Actual Results:  
Displays the last tab

Expected Results:  
It should keep tabs in order of last viewed
