I get this error on my bug 302615: You tried to change the Status field from UNCONFIRMED to NEW, but only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user, may change that field. ... and Im the submitter. You're not allowed to confirm your own bugs. That's the point of UNCONFIRMED is to get someone ELSE to reproduce it before the developers have to look at it. The error message is slightly misleading, sorry. (I think the error message is actually fixed in the newer version of Bugzilla that we haven't upgraded to yet).
