Preferences->Appearance checkbox to open Composer on startup. Exit Navigator. Shortcut to Mozilla on desktop. Drag & Drop html document on shortcut. Navigator starts up and displays document; I expected Composer to startup. Is this a bug or a feature? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See "details" section above. Actual Results: Navigator startup. Expected Results: Composer startup.

I can confirm this on a 5 days old trunk build (Mac OS 10.3.9). No matter what your settings are in Preferences --> Appearance: "When SeaMonkey starts up, open" the browser will launch when you drag & drop a html file on the SeaMonkey app in the Dock. Note also that you actually can set your pref to open nothing on startup by having all the checkboxes unchecked (it doesn't work, should it?). Can't find any dupe, so marking new.

It's quite possible that the issue still exists on trunk...
