When you open a file dialog (to upload files), leave it open, then open a new
Firefox window (by hitting a Firefox shortcut, for example), the new window
fails to respond as long as the file dialog in the first window stays open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file dialog, no matter which site
2.Open a new firefox window by using a shortcut to the firefox executable
3.The new window will not respond

Actual Results:  
The new window failed to respond to anything: loading sites, hitting buttons,
menu items, ...

Expected Results:  
Open a new, fully-functional window.

I'm using Firefox 1.0.6 English on Windows XP SP2.

The problem is, that I can't even open a new window as long as this dialog is
open (like also for instance the Options window).
If I try clicking somewhere outside that dialog, it shivers as a sign that I
need to answer first.

It's not really an exact duplicate of those bugs, but it could have something to
do with it.

Please keep it to one issue per bug. The first thing you mentioned here was
sites not loading, so I'm doing to dupe this as bug 74331.
