In Mozilla/Preferences/Privacy 'Open Keychain Access' Fails.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
WFM 2005072908 (v0.9a2+) on 10.3.9.
Reporter, please update or we will have to close this bug.  Does this still fail
in a recent nightly build, or does it only fail in 0.9a2?  Can you open Keychain
Access manually from the Finder?
Closing since there has been no update in a month.
