If a textarea has focus, and you use the Windows Key to open the cut/copy/paste
menu, it appears in odd places, but always the same place with each textarea. It
probably has something to do with some javascript involving the textarea. It
does not happen on the textarea on the Enter Bug form, in fact, I get no menu at
all.

Also, if you double-click an input to open the list of recently used text, and
hit the Windows Key, the menu moves down about 100px. This probably happens in
all input boxes, as I got the same behavior in Google's search box as I got in
Wikipedia's.

I think the Windows Key is causing some other bugs too, as I just did the bug
above with the input box, and switched tabs back to here and the textarea was
still blinking but I could not type! The keys controlled the browser, and I
could only fix it by hitting F6 to focus the url bar then click in the textarea
again.
