[Win] Disk cache should use local directory (CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA)

I noticed, for my two existing profiles, that,
recent MAS/SM builds "move" my XUL.mfl file to <X:\WINDOWS\Mozilla\Profiles\*>
but the "Cache" directory remains in <X:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Mozilla\Profiles\*> (only) :-|
}}
ChristianB's answer
{{
You probably have the cache pref set, check in about:config (the preferences
dialog until very recently automatically set it).
mcsmurf filed a bug to automatically remove that pref if it is set to the
default location (or so I hope :-)).
}}
FrankW's answer
{{
No i didn't file it, feel free to file that bug so.
}}
I had indeed
{{
user_pref("browser.cache.disk.parent_directory", "X:\\WINDOWS\\Application
Data\\Mozilla\\Profiles\\SergeG_M13\\p0lj4ssh.slt");
}}
I removed this default pref+value, then (re)started SM,
and it fixed this bug.
I surmise that this bug should depend/block one of the 3 above,
but I'm not sure which one...| Reporter | ||

This has been filed with a version of SeaMonkey that has been EOLed for quite some time, and there are no further comments if this still might apply to 2.x - please reopen if it still does.
