when an option from the list box is selected and the search button clicked, i
get an error message "undefined" appears. The same thing happens even if i use
the textboxes. I experienced this on some other sites as well.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

I didn't find any search on that  page, could you be more precise on where to
reproduce this?

After considerable digging around, I found that search form by clicking
"Quotation Notice" at the bottom of the right side, then scrolling down to the
bottom. However, it doesn't give me that error, and since that's coming from the
page javascript, and is the sort of error message that doesn't look like it's
intended for end users, it was probably just a temporary problem on the web
site's end.
