"the browser, reloaded" is old and obsolete and should be replaced with the new
"rediscover the web" slogan.  This should be pretty simple to fix for someone
with the original image files and the proper font for the text.
Moving to General - this is a change to the default theme and doesn't touch the EM.

Kevin, could you take a look at this?  It'd probably be nice to have for 1.5,
and it wouldn't be too much effort.
