The repeat index is set for all the nested repeats, only one of them should
have the repeat index (the top one, on load)

Problem was that inner repeats initializes themselves before their parent is
set. This patch deselects the repeat index if the parent is set, fixing the
problem.

Yeah, they are probably mutually dependent. I did a code split to put then in
different bugs.
