Tests that would previously display the xforms-link-exception due to different
reasons are no longer doing so. It appears to be a regression with the
xforms-link-exception handling. I'll attach two testcases for review.

Page contains an invalid schema location in the model element, and should
display an xforms-link-exception message.

Try this with a nightly, Stephen. Seems to work on the 08/01 nightly just fine
for Doron (Linux) and I (Windows). Thanks.

WFM as well now. Guess my local build yesterday was hosed for some reason. I
did a checkout and build this morning and all is well. Thanks and sorry.
